Child Health

Your one stop place to catch up with all things trending and relevant in the world of parenting.

‘Parenting or child rearing is the process of promoting and supporting the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of a child from infancy to adulthood.’

We live in an age of all things digital including the media which has revolutionised the parenting world. Information, advice and support is now available and the click of a button. Breaking news is viral within minutes. Subjects and topics, we would have only shared with a medical professional are now shared with the world, breastfeeding, post-natal depression, post partem bodies and miscarriage are all taboo subjects that have now been normalised via social media. The internet and all its various channels have been lifelines for many parents.

If we as parents have a problem, the first port of call is almost always the internet. Generally, you can be certain that someone somewhere has had the same problem, posted it and had many replies via the popular parenting forums we have come to rely on. The internet has simply transformed how we parent today, from over sharing, to seeking advice and support from others it is a crutch that many parents now depend on.

Debates, discussion and controversial parenting trends which we would not have previously been aware of are now popping up in our newsfeeds daily. It can be a bit of a minefield to filter through the sheer amount of parenting blogs, posts, tweets, and news articles so we have made it as easy as it can be, after all one thing parents need more of? Time.

So, look no further than to this channel dedicated to all things childcare and parenting.

We will highlight the good, bad and ugly side of parenting. This is an honest approach to the parenting topics and trends that everyone is talking about, and some you will most certainly soon be talking about!

Open to all, and non-judgemental we will cover all things from Peppa Pig to post-natal depression, glitter bans to toddler safety, celeb parents in the spot light to infant feeding and everything relevant in the world of parenting today.

We will have a no holes barred approach to the controversial issues that are taking over the internet and will bring you the most popular tweets and content from the world of social media. We will continuously update you on a regular basis so you will not miss a thing!
