'The Bachelor UK'

Digital Spy reports; "Seven years after the UK phenomenon was last on UK screens, it's back and cringier than ever." before going on to say "Channel 5 isn't even bothering to hype up the romance part of The Bachelor or luxurious getaway dates like the American network ABC does. Instead, C5 is going all in on a montage of the furious Bachelorette's shoving and threatening to glass each other."

However, this year's bachelor and personal trainer; Alex Marks is open to finding love, telling The Mirror Online; "I had devoted an awful lot of time to my business and career and put romance on the sidelines and thought 'do you know what I miss being in a relationship and I want to find love and find, the one so I went for it."

In the same interview, Alex also opened up about his parent's 45-year marriage "It just works really well and they've been in love for a very long time.

Mum used to get picked up by Dad at her school gates."
