Indian "Greek God" and dancing sensation Hrithik Roshan is undoubtedly one of the biggest star sensation at the 16th edition of International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) for the Bollywood lovers in host country Malaysia.
Malaysian fans went into frenzy as Hrithik conducted a musical extravaganza, when he danced on his hit numbers and also made the crowd dance to his tunes. The Bang Bang actor was seen at Kuala Lumpur's popular Pavilion mall, where he interacted, clicked selfies and cheered the fans. The crowd sang hit numbers from Hrithik's debut film Kaho Na Pyar Hai, as they waited for the 41-year-old star to arrive.

Kuala Lumpur is looking forward to an energetic and grand performance by Bollywood stars including Hrithik Roshan, who is well known for his stage shows. Hrithik and Hollywood star John Travolta had performed jointly at the 15th IIFA ceremony held in Tampa Bay, USA. The actor, who enjoys massive fan following particularly from females, was the biggest attraction last year too.
The technical awards given away on the first day declared Hrithik's Bang Bang as the best action thriller, while Shahid Kapoor starrer Haider swept several awards in the technical category. Kangana Ranaut starrer Queen picked the award for Best Screenplay and best story category.
Meanwhile, other popular new age stars Shraddha Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Parineeti Chopra, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor will participate in gala awards night. Director Anurag Kashyap will also be interacting with his fans and talk about his films including the recently released Bombay Velvet. The weekend will begin with extravagant IIFA Rocks consisting of fashion and music show.
Zoya Akhtar's Dil Dhadakne Do will also be premiered for the Malaysian audience. Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor, who are always up for some fun, will team up again after AIB roast, to keep the audience in splits.
Veteran filmmaker Subhash Ghai will be conferred with lifetime achievement award for his contribution to Indian cinema.
Sonakshi Sinha is rehearsing to give a musical performance at IIFA Rocks, which will embark her journey as the judge of music reality show Indian Idol Junior.
