Pakistan's popular heroine Mahira Khan made her fans go crazy at London's famous Mayfair Hotel, where she came for the premiere of her newly released Film Bin Roye. The film has opened to mixed response in Pakistan while the audience in London is way too excited for the same. Mahira Khan's dedicated fans are much anxious about the love triangle Bin Roye. The premiere of the film was attended by the lead star cast, including the protagonist Humayun Saeed and Ameena Khan.
Prominent actresses like Sofia Hayat and Yasmin Karimi of Desi Rascals fame were also seen at the premiere held in London.
Directed by Momina Duraid, the film has been in news for long. Mahira Khan has been promoting Pakistani film, which is now seeing a steady growth in terms of popularity and business. It will be an action packed Eid weekend for the film-loving Asian audience. Bin Roye has released along with Salman Khan-starrer mega release Bajrangi Bhaijaan and another Pakistani comedy film Wrong No.
Mahira Khan is elated that a Pakistani film has invited attention of the audience from all over the world. She admitted that Pakistani actors and its films are slowly getting recognition and its time that due support is offered.
Bin Roye is an ambitious project as it is the first romantic genre film made in long time. Mahira stressed that their industry is growing and that needs encouragement from the audience.
Bin Roye faced stiff competition in India because of the mammoth opening of Bajrangi Bhaijaan. The film was not released in Mumbai facing a protest from the Maharashtra Navnirman Samiti (MNS).
Since most of the prominent multiplexes have been taken over by Salman's film, Bin Roye is left with limited screenings.
Bin Roye's Indian distributors, B4U, were hopeful of its success in India, but the movie got limited screening due to the buzz and mega-marketing of Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan was the most anticipated film of the year, which has aggressively taken over all the screens in multiplexes and single screen theatres.
Mahira Khan however is excited that her true fans have not let her down in the international market. The actress will soon be seen in Shah Rukh Khan starrer Raees, which is slated to release on April 15, 2016. The first look and trailer of the film released recently has set SRK fans go crazy. Mahira is all set to get a huge welcome in India, at the time of release of Raees.
