Upen Patel and lady love Karishma Tanna remained one the most popular celebrity couple on the dance reality show Nach Baliye 7. The couple who are referred to as 'UpMa' by their fans are wary of taking anything lightly, as the show nears its finale. This is the reason that Upen is ignoring his painful lower back injury and continuing with the rehearsals. Upen has been popping painkillers to dance despite the injury. Just like the rest of the participating couples, UpMa are also working hard to give a remarkable performance.
