Actress, producer and entrepreneur Preity Zinta will not spread her charm and her dimpled smile will be missing from Nach Baliye 7 for a while. Due to some prior commitment, Preity will not be on the judging seat for a week. She will be replaced by acclaimed choreographer and filmmaker Remo D Souza. Remo is ready with his new film ABCD 2 starring Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor. Well known for his judging abilities, Remo has judged few seasons of another popular dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and is now back with his two co-judges, acclaimed author Chetan Bhagat and choreographer Marzi Pestonji.

Preity, also the co-owner of IPL team, has to travel out of India for an assignment, due to which she will not be available for the show. The changes happened last minute and the makers of the show requested the dancing guru Remo to be the judge. Varun Dhawan, who plays the lead in Remo's upcoming dance based film ABCD 2 (Any Body Can Dance), will promote his film which is scheduled to release on June 26th.

While shooting for the movie, Varun mastered several dance forms such as salsa and hip-hop to fit into the character that he plays. Varun plays a dancer named Suresh, inspired by a reality show winner Suresh Mukund who lived in slums and was trained in Hip Hop. Suresh Mukund was a member of Nalasopara group that had won India's Got Talent 2 trophy.

The group had later participated on the World Hip Hop Dance Competition in Las Vegas. The story of an underdog rising from rag-to-riches will form the basic plot of ABCD 2.

Shraddha Kapoor, who was seen as a demure coy girl in her previous films such as Ashiqui 2 and Ek Villain, will unleash her spunky side as dancing diva in ABCD 2.

The 7th season of Nach Baliye has been in news for regular dramas and some fabulous performances by the celebrity participants. Contestants like Upen Patel-Karishma Tanna, Reshmi Desai-Nandish Sandhu, Aishwarya Sakhuja-Rohit Nag and many others are gearing up to give sensational performances, as the show nears its finale. It is learnt that the contestants are spending a lot of time rehearsing for the performances in order to outshine their rivals on the show.
