Marvel has a long list of successful movies and origin stories. After "Captain America", "Thor", "Ant Man" and "Guardians of the Galaxy", this October the cinematic Marvel Comics Universe is going to try to obtain another box office hit with "DoctorStrange."Let's recap the spoilers we know so far and have a look at the latest previews.
Benedict Cumberbatch is Doctor Strange
Strange is really a peculiar character in the Marvel's comics. The casting for this new rolewas so discussed on the internet. Who is going star in the title role? The answer is juicy: the Academy Awards nominee and Sherlock's star Benedict Cumberbatch.
After a series of successful movies as The Imitation Game and The Fifth Estate, the actor will play the iconic role of the alternative realities' controller. The star has an incredible fandom that started to follow him with the BBC show Sherlock and last year queued to watch him play Shakespeare's "Hamlet" at the Barbican theatre. The cast includes Tilda Swinton whose casting's choice has been criticized as whitewashing of an Asian character, and also Mads Mikkelsen, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Rachel McAdams.
'Doctor Strange' Story
The story will follow the origin and the raise of this new hero. The protagonist Stephen Strange is the top neurosurgeon of his country. After a terrible accident, his life changes and he decides to travel and learn supernatural mystic arts from the Ancient One, a powerfulTibetann mystical figure.
3 Things You Need to Know about 'Doctor Strange'
This is not the first attempt to adapt this Steve Dikto comics' story. It has been developed since the mid '80s, but made it to the silver screen when Marvel bought the rights of the story. It will be directed by Scott Derrickson and the music will be produced by Lost's Michael Giacchino.
"Doctor Strange" was shot around the world: it will include scenes from Nepal, Kathmandu, Oxford, and New York's Hells Kitchen. It has been announced that Benedict Cumberbatch and as a consequence, Doctor Strange, will take part in Avengers: Infinty War.

There is a strong "Inception" vibe and it looks incredible. This is one of most anticipated Marvel's movie and one of the most discussed film of this autumn. Will it fail the expectations?
