Katrina Kaif and Siddharth Malhotra’s first movie together titled Baar Baar Dekho seems to be a box office phenomenon in the making. While Katrina Kaif recently celebrated her birthday with many Bollywoodstars attending her birthday party, the lead pair shared the first look of the first track from the film through their official social media accounts.
Katrina Kaif’s Kala Chasma looks mind blowing
The first song of the romantic drama is called Kala Chasma and will be officially releasing on 27th July 2016. The first look shared by the actors shows the Katrina and Siddharth in stylish clothes and black glares which is the literal meaning of Kala Chasma indeed.
Katrina’s outfit in the first looks a bit similar to her styling in the songs Chikni Chameli and Sheela Ki Jawaani but the pairing definitely has some chemistry and they look fresh together.
Katrina is seen in a red half saree outfit while Siddharth can be seen wearing a traditional Indian coat and pajama. The song in question is rumored to be a remake of 2000 hit song Kala Chasma by Amar Arshi.

Recently Bollywood has picked up this trend of remaking popular old songs, especially Punjabi hits. Arjun Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer Ki and Ka remade Yo Yo Honey Singh’s popular hit High Heels while Wbhishek Bachchan starrer All is Well revisited yesteryear hit Mere Humsafar, both of the songs were well received.
Baar Baar Dekho looks exciting
While the first look of the first track from Baar Baar Dekho shows them in party mood, the first look of the movie itself which happened around 12 weeks ago had shown them in a romantic cozy avatar. From the first looks of the movie which are released till now we can only guess that the movie is going to be roller coaster ride of emotions and a love story spanning across variety of ups and downs.
Katrina and Siddharth's hot pair coming together for the first time on-screen is an added bonus.
For now all we can do is wait for 27th July 2016 for the Kala Chasma song to launch and sooth both our eyes and ears.
