Bollywood hunk John Abraham is leaving no stone unturned for promotion his next Bollywood venture which is an Indian thriller titled Rocky Handsome. Indian Television has become a treasure for all Bollywood movie promotions and it was no surprise to see John promoting his latest movie at various television shows.
Post making an appearance in Colors channel’s Comedy Nights Bachao and Comedy Nights Live, John is ready to yet again promote his movie in a different avatar this time.
John will now be seen hosting a special episode of the famous crime show Savdhaan India which airs on Life Ok.
The plot of the crime which is supposed to be aired in the special episode is reported to be similar to the plot of the movie and thus the association. John’s movie Rocky Handsome revolves around murders and a kidnapping of a seven year old girl who is his neighbour. The movie is said to be a remake of remake of the South Korean blockbuster The Man from Nowhere and is touted to show John in a never seen before macho action avatar. Directed by Nishikant Kamat the special episode shall showcase the story of the culprit who rapes innocent girls post kidnapping them.
John will be addressing the issue of women safety in India.
Savdhaan India- India Fights Back on the other hand is a TV show which is famous for showing recreated true events of crimes which occur in the blatant normalcy of life. The episode which will be hosted by none other than John himself will air on Thursday 24th March 2016.
It will be interesting to watch hosting a crime show as John has never done this before and since his movie is coming out after a long duration, it will be nice to watch him try his hand at television. As far as the film is considered we will have to wait and watch if it succeeds in pulling audience into the theatres, especially since it is releasing opposite Hollywood’s much awaited Batman Vs Superman : The Dawn of Justice. Apart from John Abraham, the movie stars Nishikant Kamath, Shruti Haasan and Diya Chalwad.
