Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are currently the most talked about love birds of Bollywood more because of Ranveer Singh’s constant PDA for his lady love. The couple recently won the “Couple of the Year” award at Femina Beauty Awards 2016 which made their love shine brighter. The dashing dude Ranveer Singh looked handsome and dapper in Rohit and Rahul’s creation which was a black suit. After a long time Ranveer Singh was seen in a pure black suit which was not crazy and out of the box but elegant and sophisticated.
They won the award for their movie “Bajirao Mastani” in which Ranveer played the role of Bajirao while Deepika essayed the character of Mastani.
The movie which was an epic love saga lead to the lead pair winning the said award. It is interesting to note that Ranveer went up the stage and received the “Women of the Year” which Deepika won as she herself couldn’t attend the ceremony. Ranveer was at his funniest best when he accepted Deepika’s award on her behalf. He did not forget to mention how proud he was of Deepika. Though they have never officially accepted the fact that they are dating, the love they share is pretty apparent. While Ranveer Singh stole the show and grabbed all the attention at Femina Beauty Awards 2016, other celebrities who were present included Sonakshi Sinha, Dia Mirza, Kajol and her sister Tanisha, Mastizaade actress Sunny Leone, Karishma Kapoor, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadda.
Sophie Choudry hosted the event which was also attended by Aditi Mittal and Ragga Trippin. Ranveer Singh and the host Sophie also took over the stage and performed Ranveer’ latest hit from Bajirao Mastani’s most loved victory song i.e. “Malhari”. Sonakshi Sinha on the other hand stood out when she received the “Young & Fresh Award” and gave an inspiring speech on her definition of beauty.
Deepika is busy shooting for her international debut “XXX – The Return of Xander Cage” where she is cast opposite Vin Diesel. We wish the couple all the best for future endeavors.
