Exactly two more months and we are going to finally see what the new season is all about. As stated and announced by the showrunners, season 4 will premiere on August 6. There are also no changes with regard to the time slot as confirmed by the TV network.
Over the past few months, there has been a lot of speculation and theories that fans were able to create based on the previous episodes.
They were able to skillfully link certain angles from one episode to another. If there’s a single person who is great at this it is probably AntonJacksonTV, a renowned YouTuber. Among the latest discussion is the photo that emerged a couple of weeks ago about season 4. There were some doubts about the authenticity of the photo uploaded, but according to the profile of the owner, she is currently working as a still photographer on "Better Call Saul" season 4.
What’s with the photo?
There’s nothing really special about the photo at first glance. However, if we are going to further investigate, the picture that was captured might lead us to an intricate part of the show.
Jimmy McGill was seen walking past by a group of bikers while carrying four small boxes. There are no clues on what the boxes are but the most glaring part is him interacting with the bikers. Jimmy McGill already talked about certain bikers in the past and this is the first time that he was able to interact with them face to face. These bikes will play a big role in the upcoming season. As discussed by the DEA’s, they might be associated with various drug cartels.
Is Chuck still alive?
The troubled brother of Jimmy McGill was last seen trapped in his house while it was up in flames. Chuck is having a mental breakdown of all the things that had happened to him during season 3. The first few episodes showed a significant improvement in his health.
However, it didn’t last long as he tore down his house which started the fire. Being a prideful lawyer, he's lost what he considers his biggest case which was taking a toll on him and his argument with Jimmy was the final nail in the coffin.
In the current timeline, Chuck is already dead. This was confirmed by AMC and the producers as well. Yes, he was on the set a couple of months ago, but he might be doing some shooting about certain flashback scenes. This will also be the start of an unwanted change in Saul Goodman’s behaviour. He might have some disagreement with his brother, but in the end, they are still brothers. Hopefully, they will show a scene where the brothers were all on good terms for one last time.
