Last season, ‘Better Call Saul’ did something that even ‘Breaking Bad’ wasn’t able to do. That is to come back stronger with a better plot and exceptional story. Rotten Tomatoes - who are very critical in giving reviews - provided them with an outstanding 9/10 rating. Yes, it did happen and there are no signs of them stopping.
Nobody thought it would be possible, but then again, they just keep proving doubters wrong.
With a few tweaks and exceptional acting by the main cast, it was easy for them to portray the role and scene that was given to them. The familiarization, chemistry and professionalism in the set is second to none. This is why season 4 will be an absolute blast.
Gus True Relationship with Max Arciniega
This angle might entirely steal the show in Season 4 as there’s a big possibility that this will be injected as the subplot. The right time has come for the fans to get some clarity on what is the real score between Gus and Max. They were presented as business partners, but it doesn’t seem to be the case.
Ever since Max was killed, Gus’ thirst for vengeance grew bigger.
Vince Gilligan, the creator of the show, stated before that Gus and Max do have an interesting relationship. He cited Max as the Achilles heel of Gus. With that said, it is safe to say that Gus and Max are actually lovers. Although some fans might oppose the idea, the majority of them like it. They are already curious about whether or not there will be a flashback scene or a dedicated episode for Gus and Max on season 4.
Release Date
As reported, the show started filming early January and it was confirmed by Peter Gould though there is no official release date yet. However, based on the previous season, there’s a 9 month hiatus in between the seasons.
If our calculation is correct, we should expect Season 4 between September to November.
Main cast stays intact except for
Bob Odenkirk, Jonathan Banks and Rhea Seehorn have already confirmed their roles in the show, which means that the tension and drama between them are far from over. Unfortunately, there’s one specific character who might have not made it. Remember the fire that happened in the finale of Season 3? Michael McKean - or better known as Chuck McGill - was a part of it.
His deteriorating illness from EHS, failed friendship, retirement from HMM made it easier for him to kill himself. However, there's speculation that may have he staged his death and instead has an evil plan for his younger brother who he completely despises.
