Salman Khan is well known as a fun person who can brighten up a place with his presence. This was prominently noticed when Salman appeared on the music reality show Indian Idol Junior, to promote his much anticipated film Bajrangi Bhaijaan, directed by Kabir Khan. Salman is known to have a way with children, so when he appeared on the show, it was all about crazy jokes, pranks and music. Salman instantly took to the stage and started to croon with the contestants to boost their morale. His mother Salma Khan has been an avid watcher of reality show thus he was all the more excited about participating in the show.
Salman tried everything to put the contestant to ease. He obliged all the participants by clicking selfies. The popular song selfie le le re, from Bajrangi Bhaijaan was on everyone's lips so Salman with a little contestant sang and danced over it. Sonakshi and Salman share a very cordial relationship ever since they worked together in the film Dabangg series continued with their camaraderie. Salman revealed a few secrets about Sonakshi and narrated the anecdotes from the sets of Dabangg. Music composer Vishal Dadlani, also one of the judges on Indian Idol came on the stage to elevate the entertainment quotient.
The 13 finalists selected from the show hail from various corners of India. Salman was extremely appreciative of their rich voice and exceptional confidence.

The team of judges consisting of Vishal Dadlani, Shekhar and singer Shalmali Kholgade painstakingly picked more than a dozen gems who have mesmerised the audience with their singing ability. Audience have already decided their favourites such as Vaishnav Girish from Kerala, Ranita Banerjee from Kolkata, Ananya Sritam Nanda from Bhubaneswar, Nahid Afreen from Assam and Surendra Singh from Rajasthan and many more.
Bajrangi Bhaijaan is slated to release on July 18 on Eid. Salman fans have already started the countdown and declared July as 'the month of Salman Khan'. The actor has started the massive promotional tours and will now make an appearance on popular TV shows to promote the upcoming films. He will also be accompanied by his co-actress Kareena Kapoor Khan.
