US President Donald Trump’s world is coming crumbling down around him as three of his staff members have been indicted in the FBI’s investigation into his campaign’s ties to Russia. It’s a connection that the President himself has vehemently denied, but now that the FBI are reaching conclusions and making arrests and those involved on Trump’s side are even admitting to it, it’s becoming more and more obvious that there is a Trump/Russia collusion. Still, Trump has tweeted, “There is NO COLLUSION!” But YES, THERE IS!
Trump has been getting very angry as he comes to terms with the fact that his Presidency is more or less finished.
According to White House staff, he’s locked himself away in the Oval Office to watch TV and stir. Robert Mueller, who Trump has been trying to get fired ever since he unconstitutionally fired FBI Director James Comey for investigating the Russia links, has made three indictments in the investigation. It’s a huge breakthrough that will surely bring the Trump Presidency to its knees.
President Trump has been frantically phoning up his lawyers and trying to figure out what his next move should be as he panics about going to jail. As usual, he’s deferring the blamed to “Crooked Hillary and the Dems,” but it’s not going to work this time. Fingers are firmly pointed at the Trump administration and he can’t back away and he can’t slink away this time.
It’s over.
Three Trump staffers have been indicted
Paul Manafort, Trump’s original campaign chief, has confessed to Russia ties to the FBI, which the President watched live on television, seething with fury. Manafort’s business partner Rick Gates has also had charges filed against him in the probe.
However, Trump is glad that the crimes these two have confessed to mostly took place before his Presidential campaign, tweeting that they all happened “years ago” and rhetorically asked, “But why aren’t Crooked Hillary and the Dems the focus????” – four question marks, that’s quite a lot of emphasis.
But it won’t be long before the FBI have enough information to pull the plug on his little Presidency.
However, there has been a third indictment, and his crimes took place during the campaign. Another Trump campaign adviser, George Papadopoulos, has pleaded guilty to giving false statements to the FBI. Going forward, the investigation will see more and more people put under the spotlight for scrutiny until enough evidence is gathered to get the President removed from his ill-gotten office.
Papadopoulos could be the key to everything
Papadopoulos’ confession could be the key to bringing down the Trump administration. He went without pay for his position as campaign adviser, and the false statements that he has admitted to, according to unsealed court documents, were regarding his attempts to forge a relationship between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, the guy he supposedly didn’t meet until a few weeks ago. These statements give us the clearest signs of any connection between the Trump campaign and the Russian government so far.
Usually Trump loves there to be chaos in his government, but that’s when he’s the one coordinating it. He’s like the Joker. He’s an agent of chaos.
He just wants to watch the world burn. But he hates it Robert Mueller is the one doing the burning and the chaos could end up with him impeached and doing time in a federal prison. The White House’s chief of staff, John F. Kelly, and Trump’s lawyers, Ty Cobb (not the baseball player), Jay Sekulow, and John Dowd, have warned the President to be careful in his public response to these indictments.
