Well, it seems that their fandom isn´t the only one getting obsessed with their song and exuberant dance moves as TWICE keeps marching forward. We are not just talking about local or regional charts, but these ladies from JYP Entertainment are taking the music world by storm. Gone are the days when they were prematurely tagged as a ¨one hitter¨ band. Their last six carrier singles have an average of 127 million viewers, but ´Yes or Yes´ is entirely on another level.
TWICE making their presence felt
Currently, among their chart-topping songs, ´TT´ has the highest viewing numbers with 416 million.
However, their new single has the potential of beating their own record. When JYP Entertainment released this song two weeks ago, it absolutely destroyed hit charts. It was recorded by streaming video giant, YouTube, that's TWICE hit an all-time mark of 31.4 million views, ousting international artists such as Nicki Minaj, Ed Sheeran and Ariana Grande. Also, they´ve dethroned Blackpink as the fastest Kpop girl group to reach 10 million views.

So what makes TWICE different from other groups? What makes their song easy to appreciate? It all boils down to the chemistry oozing from the nine ladies. They have a different cult of personalities, but once the light is on, they move and act in unison.
For instance, Mina Myoui and Chou Tzuyu are regarded as soft-spoken, reserved and even called distant by many. However, both show their brilliance once they are called upon and that's what is making them perfect. Also, TWICE have three main vocals, namely, Nayeon, Jihyo and Jeongyeon which are capable of hitting the high notes.
They even have skilful rappers in Dahyun and Chaeyoung who are also their youngest members. Lastly, they have Sana Minatozaki, a vibrant and versatile lady that can do it all, even if she is the clumsiest in the group.

The song ´Taki Taki´ is currently number one on the list for three weeks now. The song was produced by DJ Snake in collaboration with Selena Gomez, Ozuna and Cardi B.
Other renowned artists such as Maroon 5, Bad Bunny and Drake tried to topple them but they fell short. Some say it is even impossible to do it due to the star power that Selena Gomez and Cardi B has. However, they should not belittle the magnitude of ONCE (TWICE Fangroup), as they were able to prove in previous years that they have the capability to help their idols reach far greater heights. As of the moment, the song ´Yes or Yes´ have won 3 major awards and the latest one is with ¨Inkigayo¨.
