Many of us feel anxious and feel we've dealt with anxiety. It's normal and entirely common. Anxiety can affect anyone, including the rich and famous too. Anxiety doesn't discriminate no matter how famous or wealthy you are. Everyone suffers with it in different ways; big or small. Nevertheless does it mean celebritieshaven't experienced a feeling of repelling anxiousness, we're all different in many ways.

Adele

While pop singer Adele may come across as a natural on stage, she has dealt with somewhat that comes under a mental Health disorder. Adele suffers from an extreme case of stage fright. When Adele first experienced the start of fame, she told Rolling Stone that she regularly suffers from anxiety attacks which are often worse at her demanding and extremely busy schedule.

Adele told Rolling Stone: "I'm scared of audiences. One show in Amsterdam I was so nervous and just escaped through the fire exit. I've also thrown up a couple of times. I don't like touring, I haveanxiety attacks a lot". Anxiety has been a major issue long before she stepped on stage.

James Arthur

After huge sparks of controversy in the past, The previous X Factor winner hasn't had the best of luck when it comes to his career after being sensationally dropped by Simon Cowell's record label in 2013 for apparent homophobic slurs in one of his tracks. He's also spoken out of his struggles with anxiety. Talking to Digital Spy last month, James Arthur revealed: "I totally feel embarrassed to say I feel like s**t or I'm stressed out and depressed.

My anxiety can be so crippling that it can make you feel like you can't take another step". The reasons for his anxieties, he also said: "X Factor was a huge trigger to my anxieties because I felt they weren't really acknowledging me because I was a success story to the show".

Zoella

YouTube star Zoella has also openly spoken out about suffering from anxiety.

She is known as a vlogging sensation with millions of followers around the world and has a hit beauty line and bestselling novel. Although her life may seem pretty perfect, when speaking to Cosmopolitanmagazine recently this year, about her anxiety disorder, the star bravely admitted: "I have had anxiety since before I started doing YouTube. I have a therapist who I talk to every week without fail and that's been the biggest help because I'm now doing things I never thought I'd be able to do". Zoe also very rarely visits London because of her anxiety and instead films videos in her bedroom in Brighton, Hove.

David Beckham

While he's managed to live a very decent and successful life despite his disorder, David Beckham suffers with OCD.

The football legend's traits are keeping things in order, especially with pairs. He needs to have even numbers or else he becomes very uncomfortable. He told recently told Mic Online: "I've got this obsessive-compulsive disorder where I have to keep everything in a straight line or in order or everything has to be in pairs". He continued: "I'll also have to put my Pepsi cans in the fridge and if there's one too many then I have to put it in another cupboard elsewhere. Everything has to be perfect".

Zayn Malik

The former One Direction star has pulled out of several live performances earlier this year due to his struggle with extreme anxiety. Talking to PAPER magazine about his anxiety, Zayn Malik admitted: "I don't really enjoy going out that much and partying.

He also said: "I've not been feeling too well recently because of my anxieties. I've not been looking after myself as much. I'm just trying to take more care of myself". He also mentioned he likes to have his own time and be at home where he can chill and not have to deal with anything.
