Team news

Real Madrid has played two games so far in International Champions Cup 2018, among which they have lost one and won one. They first lost to Manchester United 2-1 and followed that up with an impressive 3-1 victory against the Italian champions, Juventus.

Marco Asensio added two goals to his tally in the clash versus Juventus, after appearing as a substitute. He turned the direction of the game. Gareth Bale, too, led the charge and secured the first goal for Madrid.

Real Madrid is momentarily reliant on the speed of their attack and hence Gareth Bale, Marco Asensio, and Karim Benzema will be key for Real Madrid in the upcoming matches.

AS Roma

Like their opposition, AS Roma have also played two games in this year's International Champions Cup.

As a matter of fact, their fortunes have been similar to Real Madrid, as they have won one out of their two games while losing the other game.

AS Roma started with a 4-1 loss against Tottenham Hotspur and went on to beat Barcelona by 4-2 in their second game.

Having said that, both the teams will try to dominate each as the season of 2018-19 is about to start in a few weeks time.
