English fans are well known for their boisterous display of patriotism, and this time it was no different.
In another Incident, two English fans questioned fans of Bharat Military and asked them to show their passports and their turbans.
This episode was shared by a well-known correspondent for Wisden, Adam Collins on the social media. Adam called the incident shameful, and some respondents shared these sentiments.
Indians messed up the chances
However, the Indian team must not have any complaints because they had brought this down upon themselves with some irresponsible batting which frittered away their chances of winning a Test match in England. The visitors led by Kohli missed out a chance of taking a 1-0 lead against the hosts in the five-match series. The English fans shoddy behavior could be a reaction to the Indian skipper’s mic-drop celebration following Root’s run-out in England’s first innings.

Kohli Batting Flawless
However, Kohli is shown as a batsman especially after is a lackluster performance in an earlier series against the hosts.
In fact, Kohli contributed more than 45% to his teams run kitty. He made a scintillating century in the first innings which saved a possible humiliating innings defeat for the visitors. The Indian side is facing a crisis of a sort and lacks a match finisher like their former skipper MS Dhoni.
