Become a volunteer of the FIFA World Cup in 2018. This is the unique opportunity for thousands of people from Russia and around the world to participate in the organization of the 2018 Fifa World Cup and the FIFA Cup Confederations 2017, and contribute to the largest sports festival in the world. There are several stages of the program, including the recruitment, selection and training of volunteers in the 11 host cities, and, finally, the organization of work during the event.

In total, there will be around 5,500 volunteers participating in the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup and 15,000 at the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Volunteers will provide support in areas such as ceremonies, transportation, media, protocol, language services, control of doping and fan services.

Candidates to apply

Registration is open to everyone, regardless of gender, ethnic origin and physical ability. This is one of the advantages that the FIFA has for its applicants. The candidates must be over 18 years old before May 10, 2018. For the candidates, it is not a requirement to have experience in volunteering, and this is a great advantage for the postulated candidates. A very important factor that the candidates must have is a good command of the English language (at least a high intermediate level). A second foreign language (Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic), is an advantage. It goes without saying that candidates must be cheerful, dynamic people, with a healthy lifestyle, competent in foreign languages, and with a wide range of professional skills.
