The sixth-placed Fiorentina host the second-placed Roma at the Stadio Franchi when eleven points separate the two sides. Fiornetina manager Vincenzo Montella faces his former side and teammate Francesco Totti. Montella was a scarily fast striker with Roma and is bringing the same mentality to Fiorentina. His players are playing some fantastic, attacking minded Football and are on a 3-match winning streak in Serie A.

On the other hand Rudi Garcia's Roma are coming from a tough Coppa Italia 2-1 win against Empoli and have not won their last two Serie A matches.

His team is struggling to find its top form that made them compete with the leaders Juventus at the start of the season.

In their last Serie A match Roma had a disappointing 1-1 draw against Palermo. They conceded at the beginning of the match but were able to draw the game. But the result gave Juventus a chance to move five points clear of Roma at the top of the table.

Fiorentina:

Star-studded Fiorentina play with a 3-5-2 formation. Former Bayern Munich striker Mario Gomez plays alongside the Colombian Juan Cuadrado. The German had a fantastic match in Coppa Italia against Atalanta and helped his team progress in the competition with a 3-1 win and now will face Roma in the quarter-final.

Former Roma player David Pizzaro plays in the middle of the pitch with the Spainish international Borja Valero, while former Betis and Valencia star Joaquin is Montella's right winger.

AS Roma:

Garcia plays with a 4-3-1-2 formation, with captain Francesco Totti is placed just behind two strikers Juan Manuel Iturbe and Adem Ljajic.

Garcia will not have two of his starts, Keita and Gervinho, as they are on international duty at the African Cup of Nation.
