Taylor Swift has declared in a deposition that DJ David Mueller "reached up under my skirt and grabbed my *** right when I was having to pose for a photo." The allegation is supported by a picture leaked by TMZ clearly showing she isn't lying about the fact, which refers to June 2013. Back in October 2014, Ke$ha’s sexual abuse allegations against renowned producer Dr. Luke shocked public opinion and resulted in a lawsuit seeing her legal team appealing the injunction decision which dismissed her claim for a supposed "conflict of interests". Ke$ha's lawyer went as far as declaring Dr.
Luke also raped Lady Gaga, an allegation both Gaga and Dr. Luke have denied. Two different cases, yet two different updates on a story that's been recurring here and there for the last 20 years, making room for suspicions the current Music biz might be proliferating of other withheld cases of sex assaults and arguably in need of a more serious investigation.
Molesting female pop stars, the other side of the issue?
In 2007, producer Dallas Austin threw the bomb when he spilled the beans about Christina Aguilera and Joss Stone's supposed unorthodox practices. Austin talked to Rowdy.tv about his sexual relationship with Christina, which started when they were working together. Accordingly, she cheated on him with his best friend, then four more of his close friends.
Christina was infamously mentioned in such terms also in the Eminem song "Without Me", where he hints at her servicing both TV host Carson Daly and rapper Fred Durst. The funny thing is Christina never sued him for such a defamatory claim. About Joss Stone, Dallas Austin had to say: "The problem is you got her – Joss Stone – and all these b****es wanna **** for tracks.
“I had nothing to do with her ****ing Novel to get her tracks. That’s all she was doing to each producer..These girls want attention from producers and then jump ship when they don’t get it". Austin had apologized to Aguilera and Stone after the leaking of his recorded talk, basically taking back all the claims.
Past cases of molested (?) popstars
Back in history, late R'n'B sensation Aaliyah secretly married R Kelly in 1994. At the time, she was only 15 while Kelly was 27. The marriage was annulled the year after by her parents: apparently, she lied about her age to unaware R Kelly. Once again, what would have been considered as a dramatically serious matter in any other working environment, just ended up in a storm of publicity for both singers and was swiftly deposed with no legal investigations of a sort. In 2002, Alanis Morissette released the song Hands Clean, a direct commentary about an abusive relationship she had while underage with a music business executive in Canada. The track shot straight to the top the charts, yet no institution cared to dig into the issue.
Who was this music producer, and is he possibly doing it again to someone else? Nobody knows.
Is this truly all entertainment and Gossip talk or should someone investigate further on the sex trading happening behind the curtains of music biz? How many "Keshas" are singing out there right now?
Meanwhile, Dj David Mueller denied grabbing Taylor Swift's *** and is currently suing her back.
