Filmlovers who enjoyed films in the 90s loved the naughty chemistry between Govinda and Karishma Kapoor. The on-screen pair was well known for the perfect timing and entertaining dances as they appeared in several films together.

After lying low for several years, Govinda lately made his TV debut as the judge of TV show DID SuperMoms, which was a stupendous success. The show was loved by the audience crazy for watching innovative dances by Indian mothers. The success of the show was largely because it encouraged shy, middle class Indian mothers to open up and dance their hearts out.

Govinda came across as a polite and witty judge who charmed his fans with his encouraging comments. The success of the second season was largely credited to the 90s superstar who had earlier tried his luck in politics too.

In the finale, Govinda aims to entertain his fans by showing his trademark dance moves. He invited his favourite co-star Karishma Kapoor to elevate the magic of the evening. The two actors who once enjoyed the moniker 'Chi-Chi-Lolo' based on their nicknames will be entertaining the audience by dancing on hit numbers life Sona Kitna Sona, Husn Hai Suhana, Tujhe Mirchi Lagee and Main Tera Hero in the grand finale episode which will be aired soon. The crackling chemistry and infectious smile was intact as the actors confirmed to have relived the years gone by.

Govinda called it a 'nostalgic moment', as it was after a more than a decade that he danced with Karishma. He admitted that his TV outing was a fruitful one and he received unexpected adulation from the audience. He revealed that while judging the show, he came across talented dancers who were unsure of their abilities but were magical when they got the right platform.

He also thanked Karishma for giving him company on the stage and bringing back the old memories. The competition got tougher towards the end as the Indian moms rehearsed hard to give their best shot.

On the film front, Govinda will soon be seen playing Ranbeer Kapoor's father in comedy detective thriller Jagga Jasoos directed by Anurag Basu, who earlier made Barfee. Govinda was previously seen in an action thriller Kill Dil and is largely focussing his energy on Second Hand Husband that marks the debut of his daughter Tina Ahuja.
