Superstar Rajinikanth completed the shooting of his most-awaited film 'Robo 2.0' a few days ago and now gearing up for his 164th movie under the direction of Pa.Ranjith of 'Kabali' fame. The filmmakers unveiled the Title logo today morning at 10 AM, which received a terrific response from the Rajinikanth fans and movie-goers trending all over in the social media.
The movie is titled as 'Kaala' with a caption as 'Kari Kaalan'.
According to the reports, the film was said to be Tamil Gangster story set in Mumbai based on the lives of Nellai (Tirunelveli) based Tamils, who live in large numbers in the Mumbai city. Tamil actor Dhanush, who is the son-in-law of Rajinikanth, is bankrolling the project under his Wunderbar Films banner.
The film's regular shooting will commence from May 28th and it is expected to release for Summer 2018. Huma Qureshi is playing the female lead role and an official confirmation is awaited from the movie team. However, Anjali Patel, who acted in National Award winning Telugu film 'Na Bangaru Thalli' herself confirmed via her Twitter handle that she is part of Thalaivar 164th movie.
Rajinikanth's Kaala official first look
After unveiling the Title logo in the morning, the film's producer Dhanush unveiled the two first look posters from 'Kaala' in the evening at 6 PM via his Twitter handle.
Coming to the first look posters, Rajinikanth is seen in a new avatar with a rugged look, which can go well with the masses. After having a Stylish class touch in Kabali movie, it seems like Pa.Ranjith is going to show superstar Rajinikanth in a complete mass avatar in 'Kaala' movie.
On the other hand, Rajinikanth fans are mesmerised to see their Thalaivar in a new avatar for his upcoming 164th movie and are extremely satisfied with two first look posters from the film.
Meanwhile, Rajinikanth's science-fiction movie 'Robo 2.0' helmed by Shankar currently under the post-production works and the makers are eyeing to release the movie on January 25th, 2018.
However, 2018 is going to be a feast for Rajini's fans as 'Robo 2.0' and 'Kaala' will hit the screens in theaters worldwide.
