Dangal China Box Office collection: - Aamir Khan's wrestling drama 'Dangal' is unstoppable at the Chinese box office. The film created a phenomenal record at the China ticket window by grossing $100 million within 16 days of its release. Nitesh Tiwari's directional project minted $15.47 million on third Saturday at the China markets as of 11 PM CST, taking the total China collection of Dangal to $100.02 million.

Dangal now remains as the first Indian movie to gross $100 million at the China markets. Previously, Aamir Khan's own 'PK' movie used to be highest grossing Indian movie in China by minting $20 million in its lifetime run, but, Dangal almost made 5 times of 'PK' collection till date in the China and it is heading towards Rs 1000-crores in its lifetime run.

On the other hand, Aamir Khan's Dangal also surpassed James Gunn's 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2' collections in China on 16th day. Currently, 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2' collection stands at $91.66 million in China as of 11 PM CST today.

An Indian movie, who barely have any market in theChina, crossing Hollywood movie collections and new China releases to stand at No.1 spot in the China box office even on the third week is truly sensational.

Total worldwide collection of Dangal till date

In the first phase of its release on December 23rd, 2016, Aamir Khan's Dangal grossed Rs 542.50 crores from the Indian box office and Rs 201.5 crores from the overseas box office, taking the total collection to Rs 744 crores.

On March 25th, the film released in Taiwan, where it minted Rs 21.5 crores gross approximately till date at the ticket window. In the Taipei alone, Capital city of Taiwan, the movie grossed $1.877 million till date.

In the China, the movie released on May 5th and minted Rs 644.7 crores till date at the ticket window.

Overall, Aamir Khan - Nitesh Tiwari's Dangal grossed Rs 1410.2 crores from the worldwide box office till date and heading towards Rs 1500-crore club in its forthcoming days.
