As the rights were sold for Rs 22 crores in this region, the movie is going to see Rs 7 to 8 crores loss for its distributors in Two Telugu states - Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
'Winner' overseas and rest of the areas collection
The film collected $100k in its 1st-week run at the USA. In Karnataka, the movie collected Rs 1.5 crores share and rest of the areas collections will be close to Rs 20 lakhs.
Overall, the movie minted Rs 2 crores from overseas and rest of the areas.
'Winner' total worldwide collection
The total worldwide collections of the 'Winner' in the 1st week is Rs 13.8 crores. In the final run, the movie will collect close to Rs 16 to 18 crores share worldwide. As the total worldwide theatrical rights were sold for Rs 25 crores, it faced Rs 7 to 9 crores loss for its distributors worldwide.
Nonetheless, the lead actor Sai Dharam Tej rubbished the rumors of working with director V V Vinayak and confirmed that his next film is 'Jawan' which is directed by BVS Ravi. Currently, the shooting is in progress and the movie is expected to release in second half of 2017.
