2 States showed the audience a completely different side of Arjun where he played a college boy madly in love with a girl from a different caste than his own and who went on to conquer his love.
Seems like hard work has paid off for Arjun Kapoor since he did have a complete 360º change to his persona before he joined the movie business.
Before his Bollywood journey started he was a bulky geeky looking college kid. What's more commendable is that he has somehow managed to stay away from the shadow of his producer father Boney Kapoor and his superstar uncle Anil Kapoor, and has created a league and a persona of his own which is today loved by millions.
