Apple will be celebrating its 10th birthday this year. There is a big expectation by the Fans on its expected release of iPhone 8.
Every new generation has come with improvements from the previous one. iPhone 7 was a big hit, and it attracted a lot of fans and even new users. Already there are rumours that iPhone 8 might come with a wireless charging system, an improved processor, and a dual lens camera to improve the quality of photography. The camera will have invisible infrared image sensors to improve the functioning of the camera.
The new iPhone has already been labelled iPhoneX according to a thread that was posted on Reddit, which caused a frenzy on the website, though it is yet to be confirmed.
The new version will not have the AuthenTech’s Touch ID capacitive touch module. The module has been replaced.
The new iPhone8 might also come with a fingerprint sensor on the screen unlike the annoying one placed on the back of most phones. Other brands like Samsung and Infinix are the ones that use the rear-mounted sensor.
What will not change on the new iPhone8?
There was a high expectation of upgrading the RAM. The RAM will remain at 3GB just similar to the iPhone 7 Plus. Fans who expected an upgrade to either 4GB or 6GB will be disappointed with this status QUO. In fact, rumours have it that Apple still intends to maintain the 3GB RAM until past 2018. Those that should not be a cause of worry since Apple handsets are still consistent in the market as the best performing despite those paper specs.
iPhone 8 changes shape
The fans that love Apple iPhone smartphones because of its shape will have to adapt to the new shape of iPhone 8. The new iPhone will not have similar looks to the previous iPhones because of the new shape. It is believed that Apple will shift to the elongated 18.5:9 aspect ratio adopted by #LG’s G6 and Samsung’s Galaxy S8.
In fact, very soon I will be writing an article on the fantastic LG’s G6.
