Mustafizur back in the side while concerns about Tamim's injury

Bangladesh captain Mahmudallah Riyad has confirmed the inclusion of Mustafizur Rahman for the second Test.

According to the Cricbuzz report, Bangladesh is also concerned with Tamim Iqbal's injury and there is no such update that he will feature in the Wellington Test. On the other hand, Mushfiqur Rahim will certainly not feature in this game as he continues to recover from his wrist injury. Mehidy Hasan had a disappointing performance in the previous game, so it is likely that he might get replaced by Taijul Islam.

New Zealand likely to be unchanged

For the hosts, everything went well during the first Test except the fact that their only spinner, Todd Astle didn't quite perform well.

They would want him to find some form on the Wellington track. Other than this, captain Kane Williamson would be perfectly confident about his side putting up another good show which would seal the series for them.

The Basin Reserve pitch has a weird characteristic to it as it gets better as the game moves forward. This had happened earlier this summer when New Zealand and Sri Lanka played a Test here.

According to the Cricbuzz report, there could be some rain in the first three days of the game while it could affect the playing conditions as well. Overcast conditions will surely bring pacers into the game.
