Pakistan faces a major setback in the tour opener with Mohammad Abbas, and Shadab Khan ruled out of the first Test. Fakhar Zaman was declared fit and will open the innings with Imam-ul-Haq. Mohammad Amir will return to the XI while Shaheen Afridi and Hasan Ali will be the other two pacers in the line-up.
