Head will be the key, but India ahead
It took Australia one delivery on day two to wrap up the Indian innings which resumed on 250 for 9. After that, it was pretty much India's day. Ishant Sharma got rid of Aaron Finch in the very first over of the Australian innings.
Usman Khawaja batted patiently with debutant Marcus Harris, but it was Ravichandran Ashwin who brought India back into the match.
Travis Head's fine half-century keeps Australia in the fight, but India hold the upper hand at the end of the second day.

Local boy Travis Head kept batting calmly on the other end and brought up his fifty.
He stitched a crucial 50-run partnership with Pat Cummins to revive Australia. But, the new ball was too good for Cummins as he got lbw off the bowling of Jasprit Bumrah. Australia didn't lose any more wickets in the day and at stumps were at 191-7. The hosts are still trailing by 59 runs after a really slow paced day.
The Indian bowlers had a good day in Adelaide as most of them picked up wickets. Ashwin picked up three scalps, while Sharma and Bumrah got two wickets each.
