After sealing the series Bangladesh is set to host to Zimbabwe in the third and the final ODI at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong on Friday, October 25, 2018.

Live updates:

Bangladesh won the toss and they decided to field first.

The match is scheduled to start at 2:30 PM Local, 8:30 AM GMT.

Bangladesh has already claimed the three-match series 2-0 after winning in Dhaka and Chittagong. In the previous game, Zimbabwe fought hard and posted 246 runs but Bangladesh chased the score in just 44 overs with seven wickets to spare.

TV and live streaming details

Gazi TV holds the television rights for the series across Bangladesh. There is no coverage in India and Pakistan. The channel will also be streaming the match live on their official YouTube channel named Rabbitholebd Sports.

Bangladesh has drafted in Soumya Sarkar into their squad for the final ODI. According to Cricbuzz, BCB chief selector Minhajul Abedin had said that the side wants to see how Sarkar bats at no. 3 or no. 7. Hence one change is in order for the Bangladesh side for the last game.

The hosts could also rest some of its senior players and give opportunities to the younger players in order to have a good bench strength in the near future.

Zimbabwe playing for pride

Zimbabwe's overall performance has been average. Someday their batting has done well, and other days their bowling has been impressive. The fact that their batting and bowling has not come together is making long for a victory for such a long time.

Their middle-order will have to take responsibility for scoring runs again while their bowling will have to take key wickets in crucial intervals in order to avoid another series whitewash.

The Chittagong pitch played differently in both the innings during the second ODI. The surface got better for batting in the second innings and the dew played a crucial part in it. The wicket is unlikely to change for the last match, and we could see a high-scoring game.

The temperature in Chittagong is expected to be around the 30-degree mark, with no chances of rain at all. It should be a pleasant day for Cricket in the city.
