Chelsea are currently ten points clear of second place Tottenham Hotspur with only twelve games remaining, Antonio Conte's squad have dominated the league and look unstoppable.

Diego Costa's return to form has sparked an upturn in form after a difficult 2015-16 campaign, Costa is Chelsea's top scorer with 16 goals. This goal scoring form occupied by the appointed of Conte has allowed the London club to comfortable lead the table.

Chelsea have only lost one game in the last ten and look to open the gap even further, having only lost three games and conceded 19 goals, it shows that the defence is as mean as ever.

Who will be able to catch Chelsea?

Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City are there closest rivals but the only way Chelsea will be caught if they have a massive drop off in form. The title race are in their own hands, but Spurs and Man City will be waiting for any slip ups.

A top four position for Tottenham Hotspur would be an excellent result after being knocked out of Europe, but Man City expected so much more after the appointment of Pep Guardiola.

Sitting over ten points behind Chelsea will be a big disappointment for a squad that is aiming to win the Champions League for the first time.

Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United sit further back, I believe that these three clubs are too far back to challenge but there focus will be on gaining a top four spot.

What will the rest of the season bring?

As the season nears its end, I take a look at who can challenge Chelsea and who will miss out on the top four spot. Chelsea look closer than ever to win yet another Premier League title but many managers still believe the title race is not over.

The top four looks more intense as five teams are fighting for three spots, Manchester United currently sit in sixth place but are only two points of fourth place.

Liverpool's drop in form has left them in danger of missing out on top four places. Jurgen Klopp's side have been shocking and if they continue this form top four will be difficult to achieve.

Arsenal are in prime position for a top four place, sitting in fourth place but many Gunner fans will be disappointed with yet another fourth place.
