Manchester City have signed the first player in the January transfer window, as The Citizens have completed a move for Brazilian wonder kid Gabriel Jesus from Palmeiras. The 19-year-old striker will probably make his league debut on Saturday, when Manchester City will face Tottenham Hotspurs.
Pep Guardiola’s side agreed the deal earlier, during the summer transfer window, but the young Palmeiras star admitted that he would like to stay at his old club for the rest of the Brazilian league season, to help his team to win the title.
