Ariana Grande is reportedly dating Pete Davidson from "Saturday Night Live!" They're probably a cute pairing you didn't see coming. People confirms that the two are seeing each other. This rumor started when Bossip first reported it the story and People definitely gave the credit where it is due.
So what's the story?
The 24-year-old Grande and Davidson first met in 2016 when the singer hosted "Saturday Night Live." Neither Grande nor Davidson have confirmed that they're together yet, but multiple outlets are reporting the news, including People, E!, and Us Weekly.
According to Grande sources, the relationship “just started” and is “very casual,” which is good, because Grande and Davidson just ended relationships with other people.
Recent break-ups
Ariana announced her split with her boyfriend of nearly two years, Mac Miller, a 26-year-old rapper, in April after the Coachella weekend, while Pete confirmed his breakup with Cazzie David last week. Opening up about their breakup, Grande posted a story a photo of her and his ex together cuddling on a couch, on Instagram with a caption that read, “I respect and adore him endlessly and am grateful to have him in my life in any form, at all times regardless of how our relationship changes or what the universe holds for each of us.” In an interview with Complex, Davidson then said that Cazzie David is a “very talented girl, she’ll be great and she’ll be fine.”
Lovey-dovey spotted
People reported that fans posted photos and videos of the two spotted hanging out on the same backstage at the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas, where Grande performed.
He was definitely on hand to support the singer and the source revealed in the same article that the two seemed to be very lovey-dovey. He got his arms around her and she seemed quite smitten. This view definitely builds up strong indications that these speculations might be true after all.
What lies ahead?
Since both Grande and Davidson haven't confirmed the rumors yet via their social media accounts or elsewhere, we can only do some little investigations ourselves such as stalking their Instagram or Twitter or wait for paparazzi to capture the two publicly displaying affection.
Whatever the situation will be, the “No Tears Left to Cry” singer is definitely picking it up, she's lovin' and she's livin' as she's expected to release her fourth studio album, Sweetener, on July 20. Definitely, our sweet Ari deserves a happy ending.
