Divorce, the new series withSarah Jessica Parker will premiere on HBO on October 9, 2016. It's a key moment in hercareer, as it marks thefull return to the small screen after 12 years afterthe final season of Sex And the City. While promoting the new TV drama through various outlets, the actressalso confirmed to ITV that a Sex and the City 3isn't completely offthe cards! So where are Samantha (Kim Cattrall), Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte (Kristin Davis) right now and what are they up to in their lives and careers?

Kim Cattrall

The explosive Samantha turned 60 on the 21st August and she's currently being spotted in Chester to film scenes for a BBC thriller.

About a Sex And The City 3, she recently declared to the Belphast Telegraph: “I do feel it had its time and place... It’s gone beyond sexual freedom and identity and Manolo Blahnik. We’ve been there; we need to push through to the next frontier”.

Cynthia Nixon

The former Miranda will play the role of author Emily Dickinson in Terence Davies' upcoming film A Quiet Passion, a performance already praised by the critics. On reprising the role that made her famous, she cooled down the expectations at Watch What Happens Live!: “I had dinner with Michael Patrick King this past weekend. It didn’t come up.”

Kristin Davis

The TV-starwas recently dragged into an awkward sketch about Sex And The City on an Australian TV show.

On a more positive note she is also starring along Shirley McLaine and Erick McCormack in the new Hallmark Channel's Hall of Fame flick, Christmas Angel in Training. About a third sequel to Sex And The City, she told E!: "Everyone wants to do it".

Looks like the four gals are undecided but fans can still hold on to their hopes for a new chapter in the Sex And The City saga.

Among these fans don't count actor Chris Noth (Mr Big), who voiced to KIIS Radio: "I truly don't think anybody really wants to see a SATC3". Judging by the box-office results of the first two movies, we dare to disagree with him.
