Baking soda and strawberry

Once a week, clean your teeth with a tablespoon of baking soda and water. Or prepare a folder with strawberry and baking soda.

Both act as natural bleaching agents. Just knead the fruit and mix with baking soda, then apply them in the teeth and let it act for 20 minutes before rinsing. Then wait 30 minutes and brush your teeth normally.

Sage

Rubbing fresh sage leaves in the dental arch also helps in whitening results. Another option: dry the sage leaves in the oven and make a powder to be mixed with toothpaste.

Turmeric

TheBrazilian saffron, turmeric, can also be rubbed on the teeth fresh or prepared a folder of your powdered version.
