The filmmakers confirmed that the movie is releasing on February 9th, 2017 through releasing official new posters from the movie with the release date on them. recently days, there was news that the movie was to arrive on Jan. 26th, 2017 but the makers gave clarity to the audience with newly released posters for the movie.
Superb response for 'Bogan's' teaser and Theatrical trailer
The first look teaser of the movie was unveiled on Nov.
4th, 2016 by the makers on Youtube. The teaser received a superb response from the audience and it crossed 5 million views. As per the makers, "'Not everything you see is what it appears to be." The characters in "Bogan" exemplify just that! Presenting the intriguing teaser starring Jayam Ravi, Arvind Swami, and Hansika Motwani, will arouse your curiosity to know who the mysterious 'Bogan' is. " So an Intriguing teaser and fun filled content in the teaser was a hit among the audience.
Later the makers unveiled the Theatrical trailer where action, romance and the interesting fight between Jayam Ravi and Arvind Swami were highlighted. Jayam Ravi is seen in a police role and Arvind Swami as a villain in the trailer which has some resemblance to their characters in "Thani Oruvan".
Overall, the trailer also received a good response and it garnered 3.5 million views until now.
Lead actors famous with 'Thani Oruvan' movie
Both the lead actors Jayam Ravi and Arvind Swami's were in "Thani Oruvan" which released in 2015 and was one of the biggest blockbusters in Tamil Film Industry. That film earned them so much fame and hence audience are curious over this combo again in "Bogan" movie.
Even recently Arvind Swami acted in Telugu version of "Thani Oruvan" which released as "Dhruva" and remained as one of the best movies in Ram Charan's career.
