With the year 2016 coming to an end, it is now time to look forward to the next year with this lineup of Bollywood movies. It would not be wrong to say that India has a variety of regional cinemas. However, Bollywood films have no alternative. Every year, hundreds of Indian films are released. Some of them do very good business at the box office, while others fail to impress the viewers.
'Kaabil'
“Kaabil” will be released in the fourth week of January 2017. It is one of the most anticipated Bollywood films of 2017. Sanjay Gupta has directed this romantic thriller film.
Vijay Kumar Mishra have written its story, and the producer is Rakesh Roshan. The movie has Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautam in the main roles playing a young couple. Both are disabled and are living a miserable lives. Rajesh Roshan composed the score.
'OK Jaanu'
“OK Jaanu” is an upcoming romantic drama film. This movie’s director is Shaad Ali. Its writer and producer is Mani Ratnam. Karan Johar is its co-producer, and it would be released under the banners of Madras Talkies and Dharma Productions. The movie stars Aditya Roy Kapur, and Shraddha Kapoor. Both have played the leading roles. Aditya is a struggling businessman in Mumbai who is married to Shraddha. They see many ups and downs in their lives.
Their landlords, Naseeruddin Shah and Leela Samson, are kind by nature. The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on 13 January, 2017.
'Raees'
“Raees” is an upcoming Indian action film. Its director is Rahul Dholakia. It is a production of Gauri Khan, Ritesh Sidhwani, and Farhan Akhtar. The movie would be released under the banners of Red Chillies Entertainment, and Excel Entertainment.
It stars Shah Rukh Khan, Mahira Khan, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The story of “Raees” is based on criminal Abdul Latif's life. It is scheduled to be released on 25 January, 2017. Sunny Leone has made a guest appearance in song "Laila Main Laila." The movie was scheduled to be released in July 2016, but postponed because of some conflicts. The expectations of fans of Shah Rukh Khan are very high from this project.
