"Befikre" the much-hyped Indian film for moments of uninhibited desires is all set to crackle the screens on 9th December 2016.

Set amidst the backdrop of romanticism in Paris, it is a story of tenderness and sexual attraction between Dharam (Ranveer Singh) and Shyra (Vaani Kapoor). Sensuousness, free-spirited and spontaneous love is the key ingredient to look out for in this contemporary love story.

Is Aditya back with his magic spell?

Under the production banner ‘Yash Raj Films’, produced and directed by the much acclaimed Aditya Chopra who is said to be back with his magic wand after seven years, left to be seen is whether Aditya and Ranveer are able to weave that spell together or fail?

"Befikre" has been released today in 2100 screens with 35% being single screens and 65% appropriating to multiplexes in metros.

First day first show public response

The overseas release is targeted for 700 screens. With a budget of 70 Crores, the opening of "Befikre" is expected to be 30% i.e. amounting to around eight crores.

Backed by its super hit music with a duration time of 130 minutes, "Befikre" has all that it takes to be a hit, the best production, one of the best directors, the actor is the newest legend of Bollywood after "Baajirao Mastani."

Still, there is an underlying apprehension of it clicking as it is said to hold no major appeal for the masses.

Locked lips are tantalising the viewers!

An urban–centric film for the bold handling of the subject, it will keep the curious youth glued to the seats for those 23 times that Ranveer and Vaani are said to lock lips, if not for anything else.

Well, who other than Ranveer could we have expected this bold allures from, and not to forget Vaani from "Shudh Desi Romance." Mixed responses from the audience can be observed as they flock to the screens to catch the movie and the kissing spree.

Only time will reveal whether Aditya emerges as the winner without Shahrukh, or has it been Shahrukh who held the magic wand?

The box-office collections are expected to be somewhere around Rs 8-10 crores on day one and up to Rs 25 crores for the weekend.
