The Bridge of Flowers - Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts, USA

Shelburne Falls in Massachusetts has the only flower bridge of its kind in the world. The 400 ft bridge is covered with flowers, planned so they continuously bloom from April to October each year. There are 500 different varieties of vines, flowers and shrubs, many of which are rare varieties. The bridge was originally a trolley bridge built in 1908 and after the railway there went out of business in 1929 it was converted by a local horticulturist.
