Xiaomi Inc. – a Chinese electronic company that makes smartphones, laptops, and other electronic products. This company´s latest product - the Mi Notebook Air integrates a discrete graphics card -an Nvidia GeForce 940MX. This types of graphics cards are known to be faster, allowing to play Games at 85 frames per second and full HD resolution. The graphics capabilities will also work on programs that require high resolution. The laptop will go on sale next August at $750.00.
The new Xiaomi laptop was released at a press event in Beijing, along with a dual camera Redmi Pro phone.
While it´s expected to perform well in every application and user´s computer needs, it was built with a niche in mind. The gaming community believes that as it integrates a powerful discrete graphics card (Mviidia GeForce 940MX) that it will perform well and at high speeds to fulfill the gaming needs of a gamer.

The Mi Notebook Air is powered by an Intel Core i5-62OOU, at speeds of up to 2.5 GHz, which will allow youto run almost every graphics applications. It includes 8GB in RAM and 256GB in a SSD. It has a 13.3 inch display at 1,920 X 1,080 pixels of resolution. It measures 309X 210.9 X 14.8 mm and weighs 1.28 kg (1.82 pounds). It integrates three USB ports- one for charging, one HDMI and a 3.5 mm audio port.
A 40Wh battery will allow you to use it for 9.5 hours. It runs on Microsoft Windows 10 operating system.
This is a very light and good looking laptop built in aluminum. It lacks a logo on its exterior, but it has a Mi logo when opens at the bottom of the display. People who have used it at the press event describe it as a high quality kind of laptop.
Some have even compared it with Apple´s MacBook Air; however, less solid.

The Chinese electronics company is known to develop and sell a variety of electronic products, including smartphones, laptops, TVs, cameras and even water purifiers. It entered into the business of pcs with the launch of its first ever ultrabook-Mi Notebook Air.
A smaller version of this model is a slightly thinner and lighter laptop that is going to be offered at a more affordable market price.
The Mi NoteBook Air laptop is only going to be sold in China; however, online shopping could be an option for those interested in other countries.
