Keemo Paul recalled into the squad
West Indies captain Jason Holder missed the third Test after the ICC suspended him for slow over-rate.
In Holder's absence, the team management called up young-pacer Keemo Paul. According to the Cricbuzz report, Oshane Thomas, who is also in the squad, sat out as his inclusion might weaken the batting unit. Kraigg Braithwaite will once again lead the side in Holder's absence.
Bad news for the Windies after Keemo Paul was stretchered off earlier in the session.

Ben Foakes dropped, Jennings returns
Ben Foakes and Sam Curran were dropped from the side and Stuart Broad and Mark Wood were included in the side.
Keaton Jennings has been added to the 12-men side as well. This could mean that Rory Burns and Jennings will open the innings with Joe Denly batting at no. 3. England will be searching for a win desperately after the two disappointing losses.

With the forecast in St Lucia not so good, both teams should feel relaxed that the pitch is good for batting.
According to the Cricbuzz report, the wicket will have some pace and bounce which might offer some advantage to the home side. As mentioned earlier, we could see the rain of overcast conditions spoiling some of the play throughout the Test.
