Pakistan and New Zealand unlikely to make too many changes

Pakistan has been consistently performing well in T20Is in recent times.

Even though they don't really have the firepower to post huge scores, their side has adjusted really well to the conditions in the UAE. The bowling unit has been their key to success and Pakistan will hope one more win to seal this series as well.

Shaheen Afridi was given a place in the XI ahead of Usman Khan, and he bowled extremely well in the first game.

Pakistan is likely to go into this game with an unchanged side. The only change they might do is that of bringing in opener Fakhar Zaman if he is declared fit.

New Zealand is a strong T20 unit with good seamers, spinners and a pair of all-rounders. They played well in the first game but failed to get over the line.

The top-order batsmen are the only ones who have got going this season in the T20Is in UAE. Hence, Colin Munro or Kane Williamson will have to play a key role once again in anchoring the innings. Cricbuzz reported that Mark Chapman might get a spot in the XI to strengthen the batting unit.

Another warm evening expected in Dubai

The pitch is Dubai is likely to favour the team which bats first.

Cricbuzz noted that Pakistan has won the games this season in the UAE while batting first, hence the toss should play a crucial part.

The weather in Dubai on Friday evening will be like any other evening in this part of the world, warm with a very little breeze. Dew might even come into play which will only help the batsmen to score runs.
