Bumrah, Umesh and Kuldeep rested
India has decided to rest some of their key players for this last game, keeping in mind the T20I series in Australia. Cricbuzz reported that Umesh Yadav, Kuldeep Yadav and Jasprit Bumrah will not feature in the third T20I while Siddharth Kaul will join the squad.

Yuzvendra Chahal should get a game in absence of Kuldeep while Kaul is likely to replace Bumrah in the XI for the Chennai T20I.
Rest of the line-up is expected to be same as the one in the second game.
Windies don't have a lot of options in their bench to go out and try. It is safe to assume that the visitors will opt of the same XI and hope their performance improves. Even though they can't win this series, a win would lift their morals before their tour of Bangladesh which starts on November 22.

Chennai hosted only one game in 2018 IPL and close to 450 runs were scored in that match. If the pitch turns that way on Sunday, spectators will be on course for a high-scoring thriller.
The weather forecast predicts thunderstorms and heavy rain during the evening in Chennai, so it won't be surprising if the match is reduced to a contest of less number of overs.
