Pakistan is leading the five-match ODI series by 1-0 after convincingly beating Zimbabwe in the first game by 201 runs on Friday. Pakistan opener Imam-ul-Haq scored a fantastic century, while Shadab Khan picked up four wickets in an easy victory for their side. Along with these two, there were vital contributions for other players which eventually helped Pakistan to take the lead in the series.

Pakistan has been having a good time since they have stepped up on the African soil. The side has already won the T20I tri-series which also involved Australia, and now Pakistan looks set to win this ODI series as well if they continue their dominating efforts against the depleting Zimbabwe team.

Team News, Pitch, and Weather:

According to Cricbuzz, the Zimbabwean batsman Malcolm Waller has decided to pull out of this series due to labor-practice laws.

This means that now Zimbabwe has eight players from their regular side sitting out of this series.

No wonder that the pay disputes with players have hurt Zimbabwe's chances of recovering from the pain the country suffered when their side couldn't qualify for the World Cup 2019. Nevertheless, all Zimbabwe can hope is an improved performance after an embarrassing loss to Pakistan by 201 runs in the previous match.

Pakistan, on the other side, seems to be the happiest team in the world right now. Whatever they have tried on this tour has worked with perfection. They might not make any changes, as they will stick to their best side in preparations for the World Cup which is in less than a year's time.

The pitch is likely to stay the same like the previous game, slow at first and good for batting later.

Zimbabwe couldn't use the conditions quite well with the ball or with the ball, but Pakistan's performance was an illustration of the trueness of the pitch.

It will be a cold and chilly morning welcoming the two teams on Monday, with temperatures not expected to go above 18 degrees Celsius, while it is expected to partly cloudy through the day.
