Kohli fastest player to complete 2000 runs in T20
After creating history by defeating the English in their lair, the Indian skipper Virat Kohli moves into the ODI mode and will continue to dominate the proceedings. Kohli has become the fastest player in the history of T20I cricket to complete 2000 runs. He needs another 412 runs to become the latest entrant into the 10,000 runs club in ODIs. If he accomplishes this milestone; he will become the fastest player in the history of ODI to reach 10,000 runs.

With Bumrah injured, the onus of pace bowling will fall on Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Kumar is undoubtedly one of the best death bowlers. However, he did not have a great record against the English, and this could be the chance for him to redeem himself.
Another player who would be trying to prove himself is the leggie from Haryana, Yuzvendra Chahal.
The highly talented right-arm leg break bowler has an accurate line and length and is never frightened to flight the ball. Though he was very economical, he was not among the wicket-takers and would be bowling his heart out in the ODI.
He is also just seven wickets short of his 50 wickets mark in ODI.
