At the end of the fourth day's play, Sri Lanka, needing 144 to win, was struggling at 59 for the loss of four wickets, requiring another 89 runs with six wickets remaining on the last day. Sri Lanka's inexperienced top order, minus their suspended captain Dinesh Chandimal, failed to apply themselves for long periods.
West India scored 204 runs in their first innings and was skittled out for a paltry 94 runs in their second innings after the Sri Lankan's were all-out for just 154 runs.
This is a historic test match as it will be the first time that a day-night test is being played in the West Indies. The Windies are leading the three-Test series by 1-0.

West Indies: They have a pretty settled line-up and will be boosted with confidence knowing that they are leading the series. The team, led by Jason Holder, has a good bunch of players for the conditions which will be on offer during the third Test.
They have made one change for this test match, as Keemo Paul has replaced Miguel Cummins who has been out of form lately, ESPN noted. The rest of the line-up is the same as the previous Test.

Sri Lanka: The visitors are under huge pressure after their captain, Dinesh Chandimal, was suspended from this Test due to ball-tampering, according to the BBC.
Suranga Lakmal has replaced him as the captain of the side for this game. They brought in Danushka Gunathilaka to the top of the order and pushed Kusal Perera into the middle order.
Pitch and conditions
The Kensington Oval pitch has recently been a favorite for the seamers and it is likely to be the same on the final day. Batting might be a bit difficult on the last day, but the 'Lankan batsman should get through if they apply themselves and play to their potential.
