Roger Federer won the deciding match at Laver Cup against #Nick Kyrgios after 4-6, 7-6 (6), 11 - 9. Europe won the battle with World after Federer's victory and the final scoreboard showed 15-9 for Nadal & Co. The atmosphere was electric in the O2 Arena in Prague as the match produced stunning tennis from two tennis players who have mastered the art of entertaining fans. Kyrgios seemed poised to win the duel for World, equalize the score and force a deciding one-set doubles match for the faith of the tie. After a commanding lead, 8-5 in the Super Tiebreak of the last set, Kyrgios started to make mistakes as Federer used a mix of sliced shots and attacking forehand hits.
Roger won the match after the Australian player hit a forehand into the net and the party started for Team Europe, as a frustrated Kyrgios started to cry right after the last shot. This new tennis competition in the ATP calendar attracted huge support and it was a huge success for the fans, players and ATP.

What seemed an impossible match-up a few years ago, came true in Prague as #Roger Federer and #Rafael Nadal decided to play together in a doubles match. They did it in style, talking tactics throughout the match, encouraging each other after mistakes and laughing during the breaks.
The couple who own 35 Grand Slam trophies between them defeated Jack Sock and Sam Querrey after 6-4, 1-6, 10-5 and marked a new era in the tennis history. Widely considered the greatest tennis players of all time, #Rafa and #Roger showed how well they can play doubles partners as their effective serve and volley game and their baseline shots helped Team Europe to win another two vital points on Saturday.

Chicago - the home of #Laver Cup 2018
The 2018 edition of the Laver Cup will be hosted by Chicago and the home court advantage will be on World's side. In an interview right after Federer's win over Kyrgios, Nadal admitted he can't wait for the next edition to come: "Well done and we're looking forward to coming to you your house next year!" The high expectations which preceded this clash between #Europe and World were met and exceeded as the three days of play produced superb tennis from the best players of 2017.
This inaugural edition will make tennis fans hungry to watch the race for supremacy which will bring together Nadal and Federer in a different scenario. Face to face, in the fight for #World No 1 as the two legends have shown us all that class and talent are immortal.
