The life of a premiership football manager is not one of the most stable you can get. The annual merry-go-round has already started this season with casualties including Alan Pardew at Crystal Palace , Bob Bradley at Swansea and most recently Mike Phelan at Hull City.
The rank outsiders
Unsurprisingly , with his team sitting pretty at the top of the Premier League , Chelsea's Antonio Conte is a huge outside bet at 100/1 and, after doing such a fine job at Southampton and now building a side that could seriously challenge for the top slot Mauricio Pochettino at Spurs is next at 66/1.
Perhaps a surprise at 50/1 is West Brom's Tony Pulis. His no-nonsense tactics see him produce teams that are very hard to beat and for once the 'Boing-boing Baggies' are enjoying a great season in the top flight.
Coming in at 40/1 is Everton's Ronald Koeman who is proving his worth with an Everton team that is having a seriously good run of form and looks to be contending for a europa league position. man united's Jose Mourinho also comes in at 40/1. His credentials are without question but to be in the Man United hot seat even a few years after the one and only Sir Alex Ferguson must make the job harder than most.
Burnley's Sean Dyche is at 33/1 as they enjoy a relatively comfortable position in the top flight.
The middle of the pack
After the outsiders there come a few managers at 25/1 to be given their P45 next , and there are some surprises in here.
After a run of good results , a point at Old Trafford and victory over Liverpool , Hull City's Marco Silva seems to have sparked a mini revival which will make the final run in very interesting.
Also in the middle runners are Jurgen Klopp , Pep Guardiola and Arsene Wenger . Klopp cannot deny that Liverpool's recent woeful run of form has all but done away with any chance they may have had of challenging for the title. After experiencing unrivalled success everywhere he went, Man City fans must have been expecting Guardiola to simply replicate that in the Premiership, but he seems to have found it harder than expected.
And are Arsene Wenger's best days behind him ? After his famous tussles with Alex Ferguson in the 90s and 00's his teams have struggled to reproduce the form that Wenger's previous teams had.
Mark Hughes of Stoke City and Bournemouth's Eddie Howe also find themselves in the 25/1 pack. Hughes has transformed Stoke City into a team that actually plays football but sadly lacks consistency. Surely Eddie Howe must be safe ! After his heroics in getting Bournemouth to the top flight for the first time ever it would be a harsh board that decided he needed to go.
Finally Paul Clement of Swansea is also at 25/1 but with a couple of decent performances the board must think the team needs some stability.
Who could be in trouble?
West Ham United's Slaven Bilic is currently at 16/1. Although the team are currently 10th in the Premiership they have had problems in stringing together a good run of results that would put them in contention for a Europa League place.
Sunderland's David Moyes looks like one of the best bets at 10/1 and after disastrous tenures at almost every club since he must be wishing he had never left Everton for the top job at Man United.
Also at 10/1 are Watford's Walter Mazzari and Southampton's Claude Puel. Southampton have suffered a devastating dip in form and find themselves only 7 points clear of the relegation zone.
Who is odds on to go ?
At 8/1 Palace's Sam Allardyce must be wishing he'd stayed at England, and after his stunning season in 2015-16 Leicester's Claudio Ranieri finds himself at 3/1 to be next to go.
Not surprising as The Foxes have been completely unable to reproduce the form that won the title last year. And finally , Middlesbrough's Aitor Karanka , after seven games without a win and 1 point above relegation is odds on at 2/1 to be next to leave.
