Manager Jose Mourinho has told his pampered Manchester United stars they must prove to him they can motivate themselves, writer the Mirror. Mourinho’s players went down 1-0 at Dutch side Feyenoord in the Europa League on Thursday, following their 2-1 derby defeat to local rivals Manchester City last weekend.
Jose Mourinho has also defended Manchester United’s world-record signing Paul Pogba and insisted he will soon justify his £89million fee.
Alexis Sanchez
Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez is still wanted by Juventus, according to Calciomercato. The Chilean was allegedly identified as a Juve target earlier this summer and recent reports suggest that has not changed. Juve will be watching on with interest as they will reportedly be able to offer him a £200,000-a-week deal in Turin.

Arsenal and Liverpool are set to battle it out for Torino star Andrea Belotti, according to Calciomercato. The 22-year-old netted 12 times last season and has had a flying start to this campaign, scoring four times in three games.
Marquinhos
Manchester United and Barcelona are set to battle it out for Paris Saint-Germain defender Marquinhos, according to L'Equipe. Barca are reportedly planning to spend as much as £50million to land the 22-year-old.
James Rodriguez
Jose Mourinho wants to sign James Rodriguez from Real Madrid, according to Don Balon. Mourinho has reportedly promised the Colombian attacker a key role in his team should he make the move to United. The 25-year-old has scored 25 times and notched 30 assists in 82 appearances for Los Merengues.
Cesc Fabregas
AC Milan are in talks with Chelsea over a January loan move for Cesc Fabregas, according to several reports in Italy. Milan have held preliminary talks with Chelsea and a loan fee of around £2.5m is currently on the table.
Joao Moutinho
Midfield star Joao Moutinho admits he was close to joining Spurs four years ago. The Monaco midfielder was a Porto star when former Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas sanctioned a club-record £24million bid.
